Custom Party Package Includes

  • Two-hour private rental of Sewtopia Studio
  • Mini Sewing Lesson or Craft Session
  • ALL project materials and supplies for each guest
  • Host chooses party project theme 

Custom Party/Event Requirements and Policies:

  • Minimum of 6, Maximum of 12 attendees.
  • All attendees must be at least 8 years old.
  • $100 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to reserve your date and time. It will be applied to your final balance.

  • ALL attendees MUST have a completed liability waiver form.

  • Final headcount & fee balance are due 10 days before event.

  • This is a drop-off activity.  Only registered attendees are allowed in the studio during the event. Up to 4 adult family members or chaperones may be present during the party. (This is due to space constraints in our studio.)

  • Snacks, drinks, & party supplies are allowed.  

  • Cake/cupcakes and bottled water/drinks may be served at the conclusion of the event. We will need the full session to complete projects.

  • Door opens for set up 30 minutes prior to the event.  

Party Days + Time Slots (choose a two-hour increment): 

  • Fridays 5pm-9pm
  • Saturdays (limited availability)  11am-4pm and 5pm-8pm
  • Sundays 1pm-4pm

Pricing:

Custom Party Packages start at $240* (price depending on project selected) for up to 6 attendees. 

$35 for each additional attendee (12 maximum)

Additional 1 hour rental available $125 (adds an extra hour to 2-hour party)

*If your group has less than 6 attendees, the base fee is still $240.
